Shellfish Warden ~raucis was present and reported on hfs to ~he Shellfish ~ardens Cony. and 'hfs discussion with . the N.Y. ~ Boston Bag Co. relative to our problem with ~, scallop bags; .Warden Francis~sugges~ed that the Family permit limit be changed from 1 bu per week to 1 ten qt. pail per day and not over ~ bu .per week under Sec..7 and that the .Comm. 'permits be changed in Sec.. 1 to increase penalty to 150.00 dollars and in Sec. 5 to defind inland ,~ waters and it was on motion made and seconded so voted. Whi~e Elephant and Grodon Polger Were ~ranted renewai of their respective innholde~s licenses. .~ A'let,er was*received from residents of Vestal S,. protesting ,~he,use ~of the area by Richard Williams for ~he sale of motor scooters and voted forwarded to Mr. Williams.
