Thee meeting came to order at 8PM~kt',i'members of %he Board being

Warrant No. 12. totalling 25,420.43 was presented by To~ Acc~.
Barret~ and checked and approved by the Bo~d.
~inute~ off,he p~evi0~s ~eetin~ were~read and approved.
Shellfish Warden ~raucis was present and reported on hfs
to ~he Shellfish ~ardens Cony. and 'hfs discussion with
. the N.Y. ~ Boston Bag Co. relative to our problem with
~, scallop bags; .Warden Francis~sugges~ed that the Family
permit limit be changed from 1 bu per week to 1 ten qt.
pail per day and not over ~ bu .per week under Sec..7 and
that the .Comm. 'permits be changed in Sec.. 1 to increase
penalty to 150.00 dollars and in Sec. 5 to defind inland
,~ waters and it was on motion made and seconded so voted.

respective innholde~s licenses. .~
A'let,er was*received from residents of Vestal S,. protesting
,~he,use ~of the area by Richard Williams for ~he sale of
motor scooters and voted forwarded to Mr. Williams.
The Senior Clu~ Was gra~ed a' permit io hold a dance at Grange
Hall on friday from 8 ~o midnight Chaperones ~. and Mrs
Kenneth Holdgaie Jr. and Mr & Mrs Stanley Conway, Clifford
-' R'zder Sp; Police. The Board setling regulations as to condu'cJ

The following requests for .renewal of alcoholic beveage licenses
were received and voted to take ,.the course~prescribed by
law.- Sea Cliff: Wauwinel House; Chicken Box; Sankaty Beach
Club,, Nobadeer; and ~anl. Island Prod. Co. Inc. inasmuch
as two applications were received from the latter from two
persons each purporting to be the Gen. Mgr. the Board noted
that the, corp. had filed same within the month on March but
voted to file~same until the parties had resolved'the a

A proclamation 'relative t0 Easter Seals W~s received and lurned
