the Board being ,present. ,
Mrs Priscilla stanley was present.and 'discuSsed the matfer Of
her,application for a Common Vict.' and a recorded musci
ent. lic. at.the Eagle & Key on Center street which she
· will be operating this season. Same was voted approved with
~a 1 AM closing hour.
Mr. Nestor Richards was present speaking~f~r the Fishermens Acco.
and presented to the Board an old prospectus' outlinin.g the
duties of the Shellfish Warden as suggested by a prevxous
Acco. and which had at that time been accepted by the Board.
Mr. Richard stated that he felt the present warden Mr.
was not doing a good'~job and critiszed some of hix work or
lack of work as he put it on this job. The Board without
exception felt lhal this charge was unfounded and .that Mr.
Francis had been doing an excellet job and:that because~he
had not been able to please everyone was not something to
justify the criticism levelled by Mr. Richards.

The Bonds of the Coll., T~easurer and~n clerk were approved
and voted forwarded to the State for approval.
The 'side~aik art show was granted approval for its annual show on the Sanford House grounds on Aug. 12-13-14 1963.
Kenneth C.~Coffin was the~only bidder on the~request for bids
for bulldozing at the sconset dump with a bid of~7.00 per
hour and same was voted approved. No bids were received on
.~bulldozing zmMxitz~zm .at the town dump and ii .was voted to
have Mr..Lewis ~the keeper get.this work done at the best
price possible,~ advising~the Board on same.
