The meeti~g~came to order at~.7.$0 PM all members of the Board
being present except, Mr, Desrocher,
Minutes':°f"fhe previous meeting were read and approVed,
Warrant No,~? totalling. $7,915,94 was presented by TOWn Acct,
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board,
Members of ..the local BOy scout i tr0op celebrating Good Gov, Week
sat with the Board.
The matter of the estimate of increased seasonal.populatiOn
as of next 10 July for .the purposes~ of seasonal alcoholic
beverage lecenses was before the Board same having to be
made and sent to the ~CC before 1 March it was on motion
~made and seconded voted to set the figure at 16,100 the
.... ~same as last year.~.~
Albert L. Silva Inc. was granted a renewal ..of his Class 1 Used
~ ca~ dealers license. ~,.
The Senio Club was granted a permit to hold a da~ce at Grange
Hall on Sat. from 9 to 12.
Voled to write the To~ Counsel relative to the matter of a
-~ meeting on the Conflict of Interest law,
There being no further business the Boamd went into executive
session and adj. at 9 PM.
