Mr. Carlos Grangrade, and Mr. Charles Fisher were present and discussed with the Board their dis-satisfaction with'the Way they were being treated by,the Vet.,Benefits officer and~the amounts they.were getting, the Board promised to look into the matter. Mr. JoSeph Caton was present and'discussed with' the Board the matter of installing a flag pole ai,his expense at,the clrcle,at the head of Main St. It was voted,to write Me, H. trroll Coffin and~ask his suggestions as to the correct size etc. for the area. · -" Applications for pole locations On Harbor View Way and Lower ~ Orange St. ~t Sparks Ave were received and date for hearing set for the llth of July. -. A letter was received from the Tree Comm. advising that the" shrubs at the Vet. placque'couid best be moved in the fall. Mrs Jessica Swain Nix~on was granted a renewal of her Comm Vict. Ice Cream and Soft dr~nk licenses at the Penguin at Madaket. chicken Box Rest. was"g~an%ed approval 'of instrumental and record~ musci sundays and weekdays. ~: ' ~ . ' ..... ' ~ On motion made and 'seconded it,was voted to open the warrant for:' ,a Special Town meeting to be held on %he'24th of July 1962 'at 8PM--for the insertion of one' article calling for an appropriation for an addition to'the high school~and-on motion'immediately'thereafter it was on motion made .and, seconded Voted: -that '..the warrant be closed. MR.
