The meeting came ~o order at 8PM all members Of the BOard being
Warrant No. 25,.totalling $28,063.58 was p~esented by TOwn Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by.the Board;
Minutes of the~previous meeting were read and approved.
Voted to have:out,regular weekly meeting next week on T~es
'rather than'on Wednesday.
The following licenses~and permits were granted:

dba The Jetties, Common Vici, Ice Cream and Soft drink;
Marie Thurston, Taxi'license;~Ray Wiley dba The Chanticleer

Voted to write the Police Dept, relative to enforcement of the
regulations as to bicycles and motor scooters.obeying the
traf.fic regulations.
Alice B. Porter of.Hussey St. wrote requesting a shade .on a
,street light on Hussey St,'voted to authorize the Gas
Elec. to install a new type fixture but no shade~
Allan Holdgate;.Harbor Master; Was granted~approval to ~spend
funds to move',a buoy in the Harbor. .~
Voted to haVe a"li~e Painted on the street (Br~kd street and s. water at the corner near Peases garage.
Mr. Anthony Lecomp~e asked about'~a license to sell fried grass-
hoppers dipped in chocolate about the streets and was ad-
,-~-,vised that if same were caught by him no license was'needed.
There being no further business the Board went'into executive
