The matter 'Of consideration '~f this appointment was discussed',
as'.to whether it should be in executive:session and on .
montion made'and'seconded it was.voted that.consideration

The Boards then went into executive session~n~ ......... ~:" '

the'subject, a ballot was then taken and Mrs,Ellis ~eceivi
'~the.majority of the votes cast was declared appointed to
this positon until the next annual town election.

that the actual vote be not released but,that the press
rleease be to the effect that it was a majority vote.'
The Board of Selectmen, examined the'cuts~ of the:~'tw0 vehciles:
bid on for a Police Cruiser and voted that~this'contract
be awarded to Island Motors as.per .their.bid at the last
regular meeting. '.
