Minutes/of the Previous meetipg were read and~a66roved.~.
Mrs Jesse, Murph~Was~p~esent with' reference to"the'~Pplication
to transfer her wine'and malt license from Milestone Rd.'
to 'premises at the Cor.'of Shell and New Streets, Siasconset,
same having been duly advertised and no objections having,
been received, same was voted apProved.~
The application of the Byro~ L. Sylvar° Post No. 82 American Leg.
for an all alcoholic ~lub license, having been duly'adv
was before the Board and no objections ha~ing been received

The'Board voted to set the~estimated sea'S0hal popluation for the'
granting of' alcoholic beverage licenses at 16,100 as in
previous years. .~.
Mr. Eiwyn Francis"Sr.<Shellf'ish':Warde~' WaS' authorized to attend '
the Shellfish Wardens meeting on March 15th and 16th.. ,
A notice was received from the Dept. of Public Works Division of
~ waterways of the application of Lawrence Miller.to construct
finger piers in the basin at St. Wharf,'and the Board.~ having
no objection to same,~ .,.this.,,. matter was,, filed.
A letter Was' 'received from-M~i" Ge'0r~e~:jones,:' Secy.2
Trust, offering the town a small triangular strip of'land
at the corner.of Gay and Center streets,,near.the. ~l~.Ocean
. House Annex for the purpose of ~idenin~ the corner, the town
to agree to moved/the curbing bacK. It was voted to accept
this offer ......
The Nant~'Sp0rtsmans Club Was. granted a permit for a Turkey Shoot
at'the property of Parker Gray, F~irgrounds Rd. on Sunday
Voted-t° have ihe various holes in Pleasant, and India street
repaired.
There being no further business the Board went int° executive
session and adj. at 9.15 PM.
