Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved;

was voted to table action on this matter for 'an additionl ,

A notice Was received from the Land Court:relative to'a'pet.
of Dennis'Dias-and wife to~register-,their'title'to prop..
on Surfside Rd:~and voted referred to the Town'Counsel.
,A letter was received from the DPW waterways division'acknowledgi ~g.
our petition'for work at'Hither Creek ana advising that we
would be notified of the regular hearing to be held in
March on this matter.
Various pple~locations, renewals and abond~eflt~ pertaining to
poles'on the Polpis and Quidnet Rd$'~from the N.~. Tel~
and. Tel and the Nant.'Gas and Elec. Co. were received ~ and ·
date fo~ hearing set for Feb; 28th.
The Ch. Of commerce was granted a permit to'hold a dance,at Legion Hall on Sat Feb. 17th.
There bein~ no further business the Board Went_, into executive~
session and adj. at 9.30 PM.

of shells causing a nuisance at the Thomas Fish Mkt. Union

Voted to ask the Pers°nnell Board to increase the Salary
of the Mt. Man at Our Island Home by $.00 per week and
.the Salaries at the~Comfort station/~k~ise.
