MinUtes of the'previous meetiag Were read~a~d approved.
Mr..Robert Hmblin who hid applied for the p0~iti0n 0f Janitor,,
wrote requesting that his name be withdrawn from those applyinl
for this job.' ,
The matter of the Contract for the collection of rubbish 'and,
garbage was discussed. Mr. 'MMles. Reis being,present and'
.... asking what the regulations were as regardsequipment, stated
that it Wis his understanding that 'a'~rson had to have
watertight steel body truck completely covered.' The Board
up the regulations and foudn that this was true.' The specifications
as regards this matter were'also discussed and it appearing that
additionl stops would be necessary to properl~ do this 'job'it
was voted'to reject a11' of the bids~previously submitted on
this matter, draw new specifications and send them to'the
three bidders ~ ,.~ ',' ,,
The resignation:of Mr.'-Benson Chase as ToE C.D. radio was received and'voted accepted.
It was .voted to'h~ve our,next regular meeting on Tues. 'due to
the Boards'going_to Boston to attend hearing,at the state hous,
on bills~'relative~to the Steamship austhoritM.
