The meeting came to,order at S.15 PM having been preceeded by County Commissioners meeting all members of the Board being'~ present ,arrant No. 45, t0t~lling $1g.179'.~6 W~s 'presented by Town Acct.' Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.' Minutes of the previous meeting were read and aPproved. The matter'of scallop fishermen .using the same boat 'to' take more than one limit of scallops was discussed and it was voted that a boat could go out more lhan once a day so long the.limi* taken each trip.was covered by the licenses held by each crew, the Board feeling that we licensed the individu fishermen and'not lhe boat ............. ~ The lolling ap a --plic-t:~,. Branch of the Mass A~chelogical Soc. was granted permission to use the Sanfo~d House ffo~ mee~$ngs on the 3rd Monday of emch month Application 0f the Green Cofffee Pot Inc. for renewal of its common Vict. ~lsoholic Bev. license was received and voted to t~te the course prescribed by law. Voted to h~ve the no parking signs removed for the winter, on S. ~a~r St. ~nd a~ the Taxi stand on ~ederal St. A lette~ w~s received from Roy C~ P~pali~, Ch. DPU,rel~tive to. protests of the water r~tes and lette~ of reply from the Secy read, and filed., Mr.' R. Kelleher,'DiSt. Highway Eng. wrote ~dvising he had for- , wmrded our request relative to ~igns on the state highway the Dist. Traffic Rng.,and that we would hear f~om him. Their being no' further business the Board went into executive session ~nd ~dj. at 9.~ PM. Executive Session: James K. Glidden, Secy.
