The meeting came to order at 8.30 PM having been preceeded'by a
County.Commissioners meeting, all members of the Board'excePt
Warrant No. 36'~ totalling~$13,'576.37 was presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and'approved by the Board. '
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

A letter:fr~m Mrs Grace S. Mccrery requesting that the road
from Hoicks hollow to Sankaty be paved was received'and'--
voted to ~ave the county.clerk advise if this Was a county, r
A letter was received froTM Paul Whitten reiative to the water rate
Voted to meet on Pti. at 9.30 for the purpose of drawing jurors for the Oct. Sup. Court session.
A letter 'from the yackt club asking permission to-place their
floats on Childrens beach for the winter was refered to the
Park and Rec. Comm.'
There being~no further business the Board whet into executive
session and adj. at 9.45 PM.~
'The application'of'Florence Higgn~b0th~m for~admission to
ou~ Island Home was voted approved.
