The meeting 'came to order'at 8PM all members'of the Board being
present. "
Warrant' No. 22, totalling $15,272.31 Was Presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minu. tes ~f the previous meeting were read and approved.
Bids were received'as follows '0n printing °f i forms for the OAA
and ADC office: Inq." and'Mirror '37.00 Town Crier 41.75
voted that same be awarded the lowest bidder.
Bids on installing a reb'uiit engine in the Jeep of the 'Fire Dept.
were received as follows: Island Mtrs. 319..20, Albert L.
Silva Inc. 425.00, ~oted that same .be awarded the lowest
bidder Island Mfrs.
Bids on furnishing a pick up truck for the ~highway dept were
received as follows: Albert L. Silva Inc. 115"~. wheelbase 174
.. Gordon. Mtr Co. Echonline Ford 90" wheelbase 1794.00; Pord 114
base 1900.00; Falcon 110" wheelbase 1800.00; Island Mtrs Che~
115" wheelbase 1896.10. Same was voted awarded the lowest bid

Bids on cleaning brush and constructing a dirt road in the' pocomo
area were received as follows: ,Kenneth Coffin 227.$0;' John
H. Bartlett Jr. 315.00. Voted that same be awarded the lowesi
bidder, Kenneth Coffin.'

The matter of the road at Tom Nevers"bluff,area being partially
washed out was discussed and it was voted to determine if
same is a'town road.
