Le~ers were received from Mr. S~eVen Herlitz and Mr. Ezra Shaw relative to the Broad Creek area.and filed for future A copy of Ho~se'Bill 441 a bill to have the Polpis Rd. declared ~as an addition ~o the State Highway was received from Rep. '~ Mooney~same having been filed'at the. request of ~he Board. A le~er was received from Gardner Russell Esq. A~y for ~he Nan~cket ,Yach~ Club protesting Article 82 in the annual warran~ and requesting the ~names of, ~he signers of same. A ~ietter'was' ~r~c~ived from ~. j. Keough Jr in behalf of the of C requesting a mercury vapor light at ~he K. of C.~ Hall parking area on Cherry S~. same was filed at this time Bids on.printing 0f the Warrants for '~he Annual Town Meeting were received as follows: Nant. Barrett~and checked and~approvedby~ the Board~ Minutes~of thep~eVious meeting were tread and aPprov~d~ The Board discussed the matter of the application of'the K 'for,the installation of a mercury vapor light near their parking'area and voted to reply,that we felt the purpose'of lighting,the parking area could be best accomplished by the installation of a small flood light on the side of the bldg." which could be turned on and off as needed.
