Minutes ~f the previous meeting~were read 'a'n'd approved. A request was received f~om 'the AirPort CommiSs'i~n ~0'~u~thorime the treasurer ~o borrow 200,000 dollars to finance the new ~onstruction ~ower etc. at the airport pending cept of federal funds and Voted approved. The following requests for renewal 0f alcoholic beverage lic~nse~ were received and vo~ed ~o take the course, prescribed law: F. Rebimbas, Hatch's Package Store and the Islander Voted to have the marks,on the road at Easton St,' and the Polpis Rd. erased by giving the areas a seal coat.~,:,,~, ,, Mr Barrett suggested '"'' ~' ~ ., . that we contact the Heait~' Dept in N.y., relative ~o regulations on scallops,to see if ,they would accep~ some local regulations which would allow scallops -to.be'shipped into N.Y It being no~6d by Ch.~Pease that Mr.,,Tell Berna' had stated that, he would accept ~he appointment to the S~eamship A[u~horit it was on motion made and seconded voted: 'That Mr. Tell Berna of $himmo, ,Nantucket Massachusetts be and herewith is appointed to serve as the Nantucket member of the Woods Hole, blartha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority.'
