Th~ meeting came to order at 8PM all members of the Board being

Warrant No. 29, 'totalling $15,166.56 was presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by the .Board. ;
Minutes o[ the previous meeting were read and aPproved..
Mr. Robert Leske was present and after discussion it was voted
to.approved extension of his recorded music ent.~ permit
to include piano and guiter, no group singing. -.
Pole locations were voted approved on County '~oad leading from
Diones road to the Dionis Beach.
Sunday ent..permit for recorded musci at the Sea Cliff Inn Was
approved. ~- ,.
The Union Circle was granted a permit to sell ~ickets on Main
street on July 21-22-23. :
C. L. Sibley wrote requesting a no parking area opposite his~
driveway on Gradner st. and same was voted approved.
The matter of the appropriation for Broad creek was discussed
and it was voted to authorized the Supt. of streets to
expend 1000 dollars in this area other than the'~actual
Broad creek crossing, same'to be done in conjunction with
the Madaket Cons..Asso. who have some snow fence donated-
to them by Mr. Lawrence Miller .....
Voted to inquire of the Town'counsel whether we.cOuld establish.
an ordinance relative to,shop windows of.vacent stores.
Mr. John Walsh was granted a renewal'of his Junk Dealers license,
-There being no further business the Board went into executive
session to discuss welfare matters and adj. at 8;45 Pg.
Welfare: Islan~ Home.
Voted to advise Mrs Charles'Bell that we.could 'no longer'
~take Care of Mr. Bell at Our Island Home and that she'would have
to make other'arrangements for him. -'
