The meeting, came to orderS'at 8PM all members of the Board bein~

War~ant No. 33 totalling $10,881.91 was'p~esented by Town'Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.-
Minutes or'the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Howard Bardsley,,Mr. Dennis Looney. and other members' of t he
Madaket Cons. Asso.were present and reported to the Board on
!he:progress made in erecting snow,'in the Braad Creek area.
Asked if the Key Post.area could be.widened to make more
parking and this item was referred to the Supt. of Streets
for his advices ..... ..
It was voted to have some slow children signs erected in the
'. area beyond the bridge across hither.creek in Madaket.
Mr. Looney suggested and it was v0ted~to write letters to'al~
of the Senators who had voted in favor of the Moone~ Sylvia
bill relative,to the Steamship Authority.
A'letter was received ~rom the Dept..Public Works advising that
they were sending the necessary chemicals to spray the edge
of the State Highway for Rag wee~, and it was voted to adv.
'for bids for this work on an hourly basis.
There'being no.further business the Board went into executive
session to discuss Welfare matters and adj. at ~. 30 PM.

Voted to request the Fire Chief to furnish us with a report
on.the call men situation for the first '6 months of the year.
