collections of starfish up to January 31 hoping that it will ,
give you the desired information. - ~

'to any point in this acco~t that is not perfectly olear. t
..- For the present you will note that '300 is J
being reserved for your town. From any future appropriation I
we hope to take care of your town in a more adequate manner. I
The failure of your town to make collections of starfish up to I
the present time has prevented us from making further reservation,
especially as other towns were making daily collections. But you 1
may rest assured that everything possible will be done to aid you
in whatever starfish problem you may be confronted with.
