attention is the Monroe property on Silver ~treet, south hart

Silver Street to town lot at ~est Dover Street,
Another emergency Board of Health me,sure ia necessary

town's surface water runs into his yard and basement,
We would also bring before your ~oard's attention, other
smaller items that shoul~ also be attended to by distinctly
Board of Health and emergency measures,
Several smaller dumps shoul~ be cleaned up ~here bad
breeding occurs~ and are a menace to the health~ such as
the dump back of Hunt Club on Cato Lane,
The several dumps on land ~outhwest of ~uth washington
street should be cleaned of auto parts~ wastes, and easy
rub~ilh to e~able the 0ontrel Commission to p~ooeed with
