Minutes of Public meeting 10 A.M., SATURDAY,November 19,2022 via Zoom
1. Attending members: Kathy Baird, Gary Beller, Bill Gardner, Don
Greene, Peter Halle, and Peter Kahn. Members absent: Lou Bassano and tzs.

2. Chair Peter Halle opened the meeting at 10:04 a.m., Peter Halle read the�, ""
script for town Zoom meetings and with a quorum present, the agenda
for today's meetingand draft minutes for the November 5, 2022 meetin =

were both approved by roll call vote.
3. Peter Halle stated the primary objective of this meeting is for ACNVT '
appointees to the STR Working Group (STRWG) to provide an update
on the progress to date and discuss next steps going forward and as time
is available, to discuss selected submitted citizens warrant articles.
4. Peter Kahn and Bill Gardner(ACNVT Member and Alternate)presented
a report on STRWG meetings to date, the issues discussed and the work
remaining to be done. The ACNVT Members made comments and
suggestions.
5. Peter K. noted that a survey was sent by the STRWG moderator to
primary members for completion by 9AM Monday November 21. Kathy
forwarded the survey to attendees during the meeting and ACNVT
members Peter H. asked ACNVT members to provide feedback and/or
input to Peter Kahn and Bill Gardner as soon as possible.
6. There was a brief discussion regarding ACNVT interest in citizens
warrant articles including Articles 13, 15 and 19-21 as well as the
alternate town government articles. Gary Beller recommended that
members watch the YouTube Video from the November 16 Select Board
meeting where the switch from an Annual Town Meeting form of
Government to other forms of government (town council and
representative town government) was discussed. Peter H. will begin
outreach_to selected warrant article sponsors to speak at future meetings.
7. It was agreed that our next meeting will be Saturday 12/3 at LOAM and
we will also address citizens warrant articles including ones related to
moving to a town council form of government.
8. There was a motion, seconded and approved by roll call to adjourn the
meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 11:34 a.m.
