Dear Commission Members:
On behalf of the Siasconset Beach Preservation Fund (“SBPF”), Epsilon Associates,
Inc. (“Epsilon”) submits this response to the 04 March 2019 e-mail submitted by Ms.
D. Anne Atherton to the Select Board, copied to the Nantucket Conservation
Commission, regarding the Baxter Road alternative access developed in conjunction
with the Baxter Road and Sconset Bluff Storm Damage Prevention Project (SE48-
2824).
Please see our response to this matter in our correspondence dated 01 March 2019
[page 12] as it pertains to the Conservation Commission review.
