Walker Auditorium, 10 Surfside Road, on April 2, 2016. Cyrus Peirce student Robert Planzer was the official Time Keeper. Saturday, April 2, 2016 – Meeting called to order at 9:06 AM. At the close of Voter Registration, there were 8812 voters. There were 366 voters present at the start of the meeting. Ultimately, 640 registered voters were in attendance. Voters were given Blue armbands, and non-voters and consultants were given Magenta armbands. Non-voters were admitted to the gymnasium and the Auditorium anteroom, and the proceedings were graciously live-streamed by Channel 18. On Monday, April 4, we convened at 6:07 PM. Voters were given Green armbands. Non- voters received Magenta armbands.
