AIRPORT COMMISSION MEETING
July 19, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 8:32 am by Chairman Daniel Drake with the following
Commissioners present: Vice Chair Arthur Gasbarro, Jeanette Topham, and Andrea Planzer.
Anthony Bouscaren was absent.
The meeting took place in the 2nd floor Conference Room at the Nantucket Memorial Airport, 14
Airport Road, Nantucket, MA 02554
Airport employees present were: Janine Torres, Office Manager and Mae Williams,
Administrative Assistant.
Mr. Drake asked for comments on the Agenda. Hearing none, the Agenda was adopted.

None
071916-1 Review and Approve Harbor Fuel Oil Corporation Landlord’s Waiver – Due to a
refinance by Harbor Fuel Oil, Blue Hills Bank requires a Landlord’s Waiver for the premises
known and numbered as 42 Bunker Road, Nantucket MA 02554.
Ms. Planzer made a Motion to approve the Landlords Waiver. Second by Ms. Topham and
Passed unanimously.
Public Comment
None.
Mr. Gasbarro made a Motion to adjourn the meeting. Second by Ms. Planzer and Passed
unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 am
