Welch — 'l he offset is we don't know where we are for capping cells carried as S14_\1 request. We've gor ROM request forms we need to get in. We've got 87 request which works out to an average score, based on current RORI information, is approximately 470'o as a total value. We n:ighr recto ou anything below the average; those seem the most ripe for discussion not to fund. Tire ouh- concern is we don't have all the information; more than half the requests have missing information that could swing the value of those request. Welch — Some will have individual recommendations that Cap( -,,r- the project and that we are tracking them. Bridges — We can't always recommend things, but he lean _ommending the Department of Public Works (DPW) projects. Senior Center relocation should have site design added; that number came from what the Town of Chatham spent on their new Senior Center. Welch - _\sked if the Senior Center is a placeholder. We're going to need time to double check our percentage ratings. Kickham I f we don't approve the fence, asked if it will keep coming up. Gibson - Probably; we've never had real perimeter fencing, ever. It nice around the beds but a lot of money- to put around the buildings. Kaizer 1 comes down to liability. Gibson - Signage could help with that.
