O’Mara, Kerim Koseatac, Lisa Botticelli, and Susan McCarthy Staff: John Brescher I. Call to Order: Chairman O’Mara called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM. II. Approval of the Agenda: A motion was made (Koseatac) and duly seconded to approve the agenda as written. The vote was 4-0 in favor. III. Old Business  022-11 NIR as Owner, Middle C as App. 56 Centre Street Philbrick Action Deadline July 13, 2011. Melissa Philbrick and Attorney Julie Fitzgerald represented the Applicant. Chairman O’Mara reminded the public in attendance that the public hearing for the following matter has been closed and that the Board is conducting a public meeting in order to deliberate on the proposed conditions and additional information that was submitted by the Applicant and the abutters. Ms. Philbrick discussed the conditions she acme up with that may make the project amenable to the Board. The Board expressed concerns with the exterior performances, the number of events, and the parking/drop-off issue inherent with a school. The public expressed spoke to the conditions proposed and echoed their sentiments from the previous hearing: the parking and traffic congestion will be an issue and the use is not consistent with the other uses in the neighborhood. The vote was 3-1 in favor (Koseatac opposed). Therefore, the relief was not granted for a lack of a supermajority. Adjournment A motion was made (Koseatac) and duly seconded to adjourn the hearing at 2:15. The vote was 4- 0 in favor.
