BOARD OF HEALTH
MINUTES – MARCH 4, 2009
NANTUCKET SUPERIOR COURTROOM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Kopko, Ms. Roggeveen, Mr. Chadwick, Mr.
Reinhard, and Mr. Atherton
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Chairman Kopko opens the BOH at 6:00 p.m.
AGENDA
Chairman Kopko notes that tonight’s meeting concerns a Home Rule Petition
establishing a separate BOH for the town and welcomes Assistant Health Officer Artell
Crowley.
Chairman Kopko asks for any questions/concerns from the public. None noted.
BOH approves motion for a Home Rule Petition establishing a separate (appointed)
Board of Health, 4-1, with Mr. Chadwick opposing.
BOH is adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
