Meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m. AGENDA Chairman Willauer asks for any concerns from the public. Reverend Jennifer Brooks requests that the Board review new correspondence recently submitted to the BOH concerning Pinto’s Island Fruit and Produce and the owners’ request to reopen their establishment. Chairman Willauer informed Rev. Brooks that the Board would take the issue under advisement. Minutes of December 26, 2007, January 2, 2008, and January 23, 2008 were unanimously approved. HO Ray gave the BOH an overview of the Nantucket Health Department, its responsibilities, future endeavors and past year’s statistics. The BOH was adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
