Friday July 30, 2010

Members Present: Fernando Esteban, Vice Chairman, Michael Kopko,
Linda Williams, Patty Roggeveen, Rick Atherton, Brian Chadwick, Charles
Hughes and by teleconference telephone not voting Matt MacEachern.
Staff Present: Susan B. Witte and Jeri Hicks
Guests: Community Preservation Committee and Staff as follows: Ken
Beaugrand, Richard Brannigan, Channing Moore, Clark Whitcomb, T.J.
Grant, Mark Voight and Neville Richen
I. Call to Order meeting called to order at 3:17 by Vice Chairman Mr. Esteban
II. Establish Quorum a quorum was established
III. Approval of Agenda motion made by Mr. Esteban and seconded by Ms. Williams the vote was
unanimous
IV. Public Comment As the purpose of this meeting is to be present at the CPC meeting as the
CPC deliberates the AHTF request for release of the $525,789 which
had been authorized at 2010 ATM. The majority of this public comment
section consists of the CPC’s meeting. See accompanying CPC minutes.
V. Action/Discussion The purpose of this meeting was to be present at the CPC meeting as the
CPC deliberated the AHTF request for release of the $525,789 which
had been authorized at 2010 ATM. There were no motions made during
this meeting of the AHTF.
VI. Other Business: No other business.
VII. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 4:15pm.

The Mission of the Trust is to provide for the creation and presentation of affordable housing in the
Town of Nantucket for the benefit of year-round low and moderate income households who would
otherwise have difficulty, financial or otherwise, locating housing on Nantucket. These are posted as Open
Meetings held at 3 o’clock pm in the 2 Fairgrounds Road Conference Room on the following dates:
February 8, 2010; March 25, 2010; June 14, 2010; September 13, 2010; November 8, 2010;
December 13, 2010
