B. New Business
1.) Housing Planner/Specialist employment anniversary salary adjustment overdue from 9/23/11 that
this action is routine per current Laborers’ union contact with Town of Nantucket and delegation of future
administrative functions to the Planning Director-(staff)
2.) Request Motion to rescind AHTF vote regarding acceptance of 5 Monohansett Deed and Execute
a Release Deed for 5 Monohansett to Town of Nantucket (staff)
3.) Motion to accept deed for 12 Weweeder and Motion to issue RFP to sell 12 Weweeder for
appraised value- discussion and explanation of BOS XS 10/6 agreement of proceeds from sale 12
Weweeder to fund AHTF mission; clear 2011 MOU to Housing Nantucket – and balance of monies in
excess of $500,000 to be gifted from AHTF to Town of Nantucket (staff)
4.) Chairman MacEachern presentation of goals for calendar year 2012
7. Executive Session: The AHTF Trustees will be individually polled to go into Executive Session for
the purpose to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. The XS
minutes from two prior XS will be offered for approval and determination whether or not to be released
and not to reconvene in open session.

The Mission of the Trust is to provide for the creation and presentation of affordable housing in the Town of Nantucket for the
benefit of year-round low and moderate income households who would otherwise have difficulty, financial or otherwise, locating
housing on Nantucket. These are posted as Open Meetings held at 3 o’clock pm in the 2 Fairgrounds Road Conference Room on the
following dates: November 14, 2011; December 12, 2011; January 9, 2012; February 13, 2012; March 12, 2012; May 14, 2012;
June 11, 2012; August 13, 2012; September 10, 2012; October 15, 2012; December 10, 2012
