Explanation by Planning Director Vorce to Trustees of his request for Ms Witte’s routine annual salary
adjustment per union contract to fall under the Directors’ prevue as his usual and customary
administrative function
That we enter into a new Agreement with the Town of Nantucket and NHA Properties, Inc., which
shall supersede our January 2011 Agreement with said parties, and which shall substitute 12 Weweeder
Avenue for 5 Monohansett Road as the subject of the Agreement.
Motion to accept the deed for 12 Weweeder from the Town of Nantucket
Motion to accept conditions imposed by the Town BOS concerning proceeds of sale of Weweeder
Discussion of suggested goals for 2012 Calendar year as suggested by Chairman last meeting

The Mission of the Trust is to provide for the creation and presentation of affordable housing in the Town of Nantucket for the benefit of year-round low and
moderate income households who would otherwise have difficulty, financial or otherwise, locating housing on Nantucket. These are posted as Open Meetings held
at 3 o’clock pm in the 2 Fairgrounds Road Conference Room on the following dates: November 14, 2011; December 12, 2011; January 9, 2012; February 13,
2012; March 12, 2012; May 14, 2012; June 11, 2012; August 13, 2012; September 10, 2012; October 15, 2012; December 10, 2
