Minutes of the Site Visit of 30 March 2011 at 9:00 AM. The site visit took place at the terminus of
Miller Lane, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were Brian Chadwick, Patricia
Roggeveen, and Whiting Willauer. Rick Atherton and Michael Kopko were absent. Also present
were Planning Director Andrew Vorce, Transportation Planner Mike Burns, Jeff Blackwell, Steven
Cohen, Joan Bunting, and Sarah Sylvia. Chairman Roggeveen postponed the 9:00 AM meeting to
12:00 PM due to a lack of a quorum at 9:00 AM. Chairman Roggeveen called the site visit to order
at 12:19 PM.
Site Visit to View Proposed Layout Extension of Miller Lane. Chairman Roggeveen explained that
the purpose of the site visit is to view the proposed 458 foot extension of the layout of Miller Lane.
Jeff Blackwell of Blackwell and Associates reviewed the staked area and the layout plan with the
Board.
The site visit was unanimously adjourned at 12:30 PM.
