EXECUTIVE SESSION - Minutes of the Meeting of 22 February 2010. The meeting took place in
the Town Manager’s Office, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present
were Rick Atherton, Brian Chadwick, Michael Kopko, and Allen Reinhard. Patricia Roggeveen was
absent. Also present were Town Manager C. Elizabeth Gibson and Controller Bob Dickinson.
Chairman Kopko called the meeting to order at 11:20 AM following a meeting in open session.
Mr. Chadwick brought up a Land Court petition that had previously been closed out and that the
petitioner is still trying to get agreement from the Town and County for a pier (Herlitz). By
unanimous consent it was agreed that the Board would not continue any further discussions with
the new owner, Randy Sharpe, and authorized Mr. Chadwick to convey that information.
The meeting was unanimously adjourned by roll call vote at 11:24 AM.
