Minutes of the Meeting of 29 December 2010. The meeting took place in the Conference Room,
Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present
were Rick Atherton, Michael Kopko, and Whiting Willauer. Brian Chadwick and Patricia Roggeveen
were absent. Vice Chairman Willauer called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM.
Execute Quitclaim Deed and Affidavit of Seller Regarding Conveyance of Town-owned Property
Described as Lots H and M off Industry Road and Shadbush Road, on “Subdivision Plan of Land in
Nantucket, Mass.” Prepared by Blackwell and Associates, Inc., Dated 11 May 2010; Acceptance of
Grant of Restrictions and Agreement for 57 and 59 Surfside Road Owned by Keep on Trucking
LLC, Described as Parcels One and Two in Registry of Deeds Book 1065, Page 228. Vice
Chairman Willauer reviewed the agenda item. Mr. Kopko moved to execute the quitclaim deed and
affidavit of seller regarding Lots H and M off Industry Road and Shadbush Road, and to accept the
grant of restrictions and agreement regarding 57 and 59 Surfside Road; Mr. Atherton seconded. So
voted 3-0.
The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 9:05 AM.
Approved the 12th day of January, 2011.
