Track programs and projects•Implement the DOER Energy Insight System•Develop energy baseline•Implement an Energy Project database•Capture all legacy energy project info•Implement a Falmouth Facilities database•Update Energy Star/Portfolio Mgr system•Prioritize facilities (working with Energy Committee)• Work with CLC and National Grid to conduct energy audits at prioritized facilities• Implement policies and procedures with the Falmouth (ie, energy efficient vehicles, stretch code, Energy Star)

November 10, 2010Nantucket Information Meeting20Our Mission Become a Green Community• Adopt as-of-right siting, in designated locations for RE/AE generation• Adopt expedited (12 month) application/permitting process• Establish a energy baseline inventory of all buildings, vehicles, street and traffic lighting• Put in place a program to reduce your energy baseline by 20% within 5 years • Purchase only fuel-efficient vehicles• Require all new residential construction >3000 Sq ft and new commercial and industrial real estate construction to minimize life-cycle energy costs (stretch code)
