Minutes of the Meeting of 03 July, 2008 at 9:00 AM. The meeting took place in the Conference
Room, Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board
present were Brian Chadwick, Rick Atherton, Allen Reinhard, Patricia Roggeveen and Michael
Kopko. Chairman Kopko called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM.
Appointment of Board of Selectmen Representative to the Roads and Right-of-Way Committee.
Mr. Chadwick moved to appoint Rick Atherton as the Board of Selectmen member to the Roads
and Right-of-Way Committee; seconded by Ms. Roggeveen. So voted. Mr. Reinhard abstained. It
was noted that the committee is now constituted by eight members, with one member to be a
member of the Board of Selectmen.
At 9:15 AM, Chairman Kopko polled the Board and Mr. Atherton, Ms. Roggeveen, Mr. Chadwick,
Mr. Reinhard and Chairman Kopko voted unanimously to adjourn to Executive Session, not to
return to Open Session, for the purpose of discussing litigation and real estate disposition.
Approved the 23rd day of July 2008.
