Minutes of the Meeting of 10 March 2008 at 1:00 PM. The meeting took place in the Town and
County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were Brian
Chadwick, Patricia Roggeveen, Whiting Willauer, Allen Reinhard and Michael Kopko. Chairman
Willauer called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.
Mr. Chadwick moved to adjourn to executive session not to return to open session to discuss real
estate disposition, non-union contract negotiations and collective bargaining; seconded by Mr.
Kopko. All in favor by roll call vote, so voted.
Approved the 7th day of May 2008.
