High School Gymasium from 9:30 am – Noon.
2. 2009 Annual Town Meeting Warrant Closes for Citizen Article Submittals
on Friday, November 21, 2008.

1. Approval of Minutes of 14 October 2008; 22 October 2008.

2008.

1. Public Hearing to Consider Application of Islander, Inc. dba Islander,
Paula Driscoll, Manager for Change of Location of Annual All-Alcoholic
Beverages Package Store from 3 Polpis Road to 15 Old South Road,
Nantucket.
2. Public Hearing to Consider Application of Nelson Carroll, LLC dba Water
Street Restaurant, Amy Hauser Nelson, Manager for Change of License
from Seasonal All-Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant to Annual All-Alcoholic
Beverages Restaurant for Premises at 21 South Water Street, Nantucket.
3. Public Hearing to Consider Application of Timothy P. Lonergan dba The
Dancing Pickle for a Common Victualer License at 1 Wampanoag Way,
Nantucket.
4. Public Hearing to Consider Increasing Landfill User Fee Schedule.
V. CITIZEN/DEPARTMENTAL REQUESTS
1. Siasconset Beach Preservation Fund: Request for Licenses in Connection
with Erosion Control Project on Town Property along Siasconset Bluff
(continued from November 5, 2008).
2. Adoption of Order of Eminent Domain Taking Pursuant to Vote on Article
117 of 2008 Annual Town Meeting of Portions of Tristram Avenue and
Proprietors Roads Sometimes Known as Alliance Lane and Ranger Road.
3. Town Administration: Request for Approval of “Health Insurance Holiday”
During FY 2009.
