Minutes of the Meeting of 17 May 2007 at 9:30 AM. The meeting took place in the Conference
Room, Town and County Building, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were
Brian Chadwick, Allen Reinhard, Patricia Roggeveen and Whiting Willauer. Mr. Kopko was absent.
Chairman Willauer called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM.
At 9:30 AM, Mr. Reinhard moved to adjourn to executive session, not to return to open session, for
the purpose of approving minutes and discussing collective bargaining negotiations, real estate
disposition, and litigation. Mr. Chadwick seconded. Chairman Willauer polled the Board and Mr.
Chadwick, Mr. Reinhard, Ms. Roggeveen and Chairman Willauer voted unanimously to do so.
Approved the 6th day of June 2007.
