Minutes of the Meeting of 11 May 2007 at 8:30 AM. The meeting took place in the Conference
Room, Town and County Building, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were
Brian Chadwick, Michael Kopko, Allen Reinhard, Patricia Roggeveen and Whiting Willauer.
Chairman Willauer called the meeting to order at 8:40 AM.
1. Discussion/Review of 2007-08 Goals (continued from May 8, 2007). Chairman Willauer briefly
reviewed the Board’s progress to date in updating its goals and objectives. The Board reviewed
the stated measurements (baseline July 26, 2006) and the objectives of the goal to improve fiscal
management.
The Board consented to meet again on May 22, 2007 at 9:00 AM to continue to review the goals.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.
