5. Discussion of re-drafted Article 68 with a focus on areas needing further discussion
and/or clarification.
6. Discussion of proposed additional components to Article 68, including Education,
Testing, Licensing, Enforcement, and Penalties.
7. Confirm Subgroup Tasks and Assignments with Goals and a Timeline.
8. New Business; Comments from Working Group; Agenda Items for next meeting.
