• Integrate high priorities back through the Town of Nantucket. For example, with
the action item regarding marking of the storm drains, make sure there are some ways
to best coordinate this with the TON; provide references or examples to DPW,
suggest who could best implement this and how they can be assisted.
• Move to top of priority list: the Water Quality Management plan and the creation
of the WQ database, online and digitally; (currently listed as yellow or low priority,
move up to Red). Water Quality paramount.
• Other Priorities:
o Move educational action items related to head of the list too; including the
ponds
o Harbor walk; integrate with Land Bank acquisitions; investigate
permitting
o HOD and filled tidelands; review reintegrating some properties back into
the HOD; revisit Wilkes square
• Come up with a strategy for accomplishing action items or approach
• Realize some regulations may be needed
• Eelgrass protection and SMP
