Put Crosswalks at all cross street. No replacements of bricks, originals should be used. Use this opportunity to take care of pot holes in cobble section of the road. At sidewalk at 100 Main St (picture above), replace the missing flagstones. The cobbles at 103 Main Street are in only fair condition. Where there is steel edging along the crosswalks, remove and replace with granite block. Slope the gutters at 98 Main St to allow for drainage. Eliminate this crosswalk at # 96 Main Street and use the block for edging on another crosswalk. Curbing is falling over at 98 Main St. due to water runoff from house roof drains. Crosswalk on Main Street at Pleasant St is the preferred style for crosswalk construction. Pleasant St where cobble meets asphalt needs attention. Cross walk not necessary here at # XX Main Street, move to #92 Main Street. Add a brick crosswalk at Trader’s Lane. Widen crosswalk to asphalt at Pine Lane. Fix tree well. At 88 Main St the curb is falling over. Fix sidewalk at 85 Main St. Catch basin at 85 – 83 Main St is backed up. At Winter St. hold back the brick with curbing. Electric box encased in cement Add crosswalk at Ray’s Court. Cobbling would be good at #77 Main St. Use new curbing for edges of crosswalk. Use old curbing for sidewalks. 78 Main St fix curb – falling out Fix sidewalk at 72 Main St. Fair St: Use no more than 3” reveal on curbing. Leave edging at 14 Fair St. Move back the poles to widen road on south side of Fair St. Do angled parking in front of church. At 33 Fair St keep the curb at street level. Flatten curb and sidewalk to be flush with street at 42 Fair St. Lower the curbs at intersections to create wheel chair ramps. Ramp the curbing at Pine St and School St. 10 Pine St ramp curb.
