DPW Director Buzanoski and Finance Director Turbitt. 2.Mi nutes from April 1 meeting: Not yet distributed, defer until next meet. 3.FUNDING •Principles for cost allocation: Robust discussion of the principles and suggestions for further inclusion of findings and/ or recommendations. Members to submit suggestions to Chair prior to next meeting in order that Chair be able to collate into a single working text. •Options for cost allocation: Further discussion and a series of votes on the question of which percentage of capital costs to allocate to General Fund Tax Revenues, and which percentage to allocate to betterments to individual properties within the proposed project areas. Assisting the discussions was the model supplied by the Finance Director which illustrates hypothetical cost impacts under various scenarios.
