TOWN OF NANTUCKET
Committee/Board/s SEWER PLANNING WORK GROUP
Day, Date, and Time Friday April 4, 2014 1:00pm
Location / Address 16 Broad St Conference Room
1.Call to order: 1 PM
2.The Chair summarized our status, that the meeting as originally scheduled on 3/27 had been
rescheduled for today, and, that consultants would not be available on 4/16 as planned, but would
be available on phone link today to discuss the documents supplied by DPW Director following
our meeting on 3/7/2014: “2004 vs 2014.pdf”, “summary.pdf”, “Summer Flows.pdf”, “2013.11.06
FlowsandLoads FINAL.xls”, “2014 01 28 Connections.xlsx”, nine files named “2014 01 28
Connections – AREA.pdf” for the 9 AREAS, Madaket, Miacomet, Somerset, Warren Landing,
Hummock North, Hummock South, Monomoy, Shimmo, and PLUS; “LandUseCodes.pdf” and
“zonong.pdf”
3.Conference call with Rosemary Blacquier to go over the data files for the needs areas: Members
made suggestions as to how the data might be formatted in order to be most useful.
4.General agreement that the group would need to actually meet with consultants as had been
agreed, and would need the data requested of Town Manager (January 15, 2014 email), in order to
proceed on anything meaningful.
5.Next Meeting to be determined.
