Sewer Planning Work Group
July 12, 2013 – 1:00 P.M.

MINUTES
Attending: Nancy Wheatley, Steve Anderson, Matt Fee, Michael Glowacki, Dual McIntyre,
Charlie Stott, PW Director Buzanoski and Planning Director Vorce.
1) Call to order, 1:00 p.m.
2) Review minutes from June 21, 2013 meeting.
Mr. McIntyre moved approval and Chair announced minutes approved by general consent.
3) Chair’s report on July 10 BOS meeting at which Chair had updated BOS on progress to
date. See Powerpoint File: ‘2013 07 10 SPWG Report to BOS’
4) Review checklist for proposed expansions to sewer districts.
Group discussed some of the criteria to be addressed in replacing the abandoned 13 point
checklist. Director Buzanoski will prepare an outline for next meeting.
5) Capital Costs
Time constraints deferred this discussion to a subsequent meeting.
