CONTRACT REVIEW COMMITTEE
Meeting of January 20, 2012
Minutes of the meeting of: Friday January 20, 2012. The meeting took place at
2 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
Members Present: Mary Wawro, John Belash, Holly McGowan, Jack Gardner, Augie Ramos,
Christy Kickham
Members Absent: none
Staff Present: Pam Meriam, Ann Medina
Members of the Public: none
I. Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:10 am
II. Quorum: A quorum was established
III. Approval of Agenda: Agenda was unanimously approved.
IV. Public Comment: none
V. Action and Discussion: Deliberation on proposals from Human Service providers.
The Contract Review Committee (CRC) scheduled and posted this meeting to deliberate on
the proposals for funding from Human Service providers.
In order to comply with competitive bidding this meeting must be in executive session. Roll
call was made, and all agreed to go into executive session.
Pam handed out documents she prepared to help with the deliberations. The form goes
back to 2006 requests and recommendations.
