3. Approval of Minutes from June 25th, 2012
4. CMP Chair, Sarah Oktay (10 minutes): Welcome and Introduction
a. welcome and description of the charge of the CMP;
b. scope of the plan,
c. our approach and an introduction of the process
d. Audience Poll:
5. Dave Fronzuto, TON MCRD: (10-15 minutes) Planning Area
a. google maps of various areas of the island
b. sector map: why and how we are using it for facilitating public input and
addressing various needs of the different areas
6. Julia Knisel MA-CZM Coastal Shoreline and Floodplain Manager: 40 minutes:
a. What is Storm Smart and how does it inform our planning;
b. Brief Coastal Processes 101 refresher;
c. considerations in coastal planning and mitigation;
d. Upcoming products from CZM/FEMA maps/etc.
7. Questions and Answers/ public comment period 20 minutes
a. How to contribute info and
b. tentative schedule of meetings
