1. Call to order
2. Review and Approval of preliminary agenda
3. Approval of Minutes from May 2th, 2012
4. Action Items/Old Business:
a. Update on public hearings scheduled;
i. June 25th: format; what we’ll cover (coastal processes, StormSmart,
current Con Com regs); asking NCGTV to televise?
ii. July 30th; Large public forum letting people know how we are
approaching the CMP; what CZM role is and how the upcoming
hearings will be structured
b. Discussion of homework for June and July; handout current section of
Wetland Bylaws covering applicable projects and jurisdiction
c. Data items; agents and timeline (who and when- should we solicit WPI help?)
i. Sending sector overlay to CZM
ii. LIDAR, Sea Level Rise, and coastal hazards and shoreline change
available within the next 6 months from CZM
iii. maps of current projects, spreadsheet of active erosion control projects
on island by sector, monitoring reports as to effectiveness and any
failure criteria
iv. identifying potential pre-78 homes that have not installed erosion
control methods
