1. Call to order
2. Review and Approval of preliminary agenda
3. Approval of Minutes from May 14th, 2012
4. Action Items/Old Business:
a. Update on public hearings scheduled
b. Discussion of homework for June and July
5. Introduction of Steve McKenna; discussion of coordination with state and
informational resources. Review meeting of May 15th and ideas for public
forums, next steps and ways that CZM and others can assist us with data,
public outreach and educational information for the committee
a. Sending overlay to CZM
b. Review information on LIDAR, Sea Level Rise, and coastal hazards
and shoreline change available within the next 6 months from CZM
c. Stormsmart Protocols and action items (maps of current projects,
identifying potential pre-78 homes, integrating GIS layers, creating a
map of current shoreline change in regards to 10 sectors)
