The structure will be no closer to the westerly side yard lot line than the existing structure as a result of the proposed alterations, although there will be a vertical expansion within the setback. Keep structurally sound parts of the structure and fix existing foundation. We are looking for relief from zoning board to allow us to build a new structure on existing/repaired foundation, with same ground cover as existing studio.
