AIRPORT COMMISSION MEETING
November 21, 2017
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am by Chairman Daniel Drake with the following
Commissioners present: Vice Chair Arthur Gasbarro, Anthony Bouscaren, Andrea Planzer and
Jeanette Topham.
The meeting took place in the 1"floor Community room at the Public Safety Facility, 4 Fairgrounds
Rd. Nantucket MA.
Airport employees present were: Janine Torres, Office Manager and Katy Perales, Administrative
Assistant.
Mr. Drake announced the meeting was being both audio and video recorded.
Mr. Drake asked for comments on the Agenda, hearing none, the Agenda was adopted.

Declaration of Surplus Property Bunker Road Parcels
Mr. Drake reviewed the Revised Declaration of Surplus Property Bunker Road Parcels and map
which represents 5+ acres currently not being used for any purpose. The property will be made
available for leasing as a LULU (Locally Undesirable Land -Use) sight, in conjunction with the
Airport Fee Structure, for no less than two dollars and ten cents ($2.10). The Airport is directed to
take all appropriate actions in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. § 16 to prepare and
advertise Request for Proposals for the leasing of the property.
Ms. Planzer made a Motion to declare surplus property as indicated by the Revised Declaration of
Surplus Property Bunker Road Parcels and Map. Second Mr. Bouscaren and Passed unanimously
Declaration of Surplus Property Sun Island Road Parcels
Mr. Drake reviewed the Revised Declaration of Surplus Property Sun Island Road Parcels and map
which represents 2+ acres currently being held for non -aeronautical purposes. The property will
be made available for leasing to commercial entities for no less than $2.15 per square foot. The
Airport is directed to take all appropriate actions in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. §
16 to prepare and advertise Request for Proposals for the leasing of the property.
Mr. Bouscaren made a Motion to declare surplus property as indicated by the Revised Declaration
of Surplus Property Sun Island Parcels and Map. Second Ms. Planzer and Passed unanimously
Mr. Bouscaren made a Motion to adjourn. Second Ms. Planzer and passed unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 am.
